Manabazar needs your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number and e-mail address to process your order. We use this information to process your order and, if any questions should arise, to contact you about your order. 

Your Credit/Debit card details, Net Banking details, EMI details, any bank related details and other Wallet details are handled by our payment service provider Cashfree and are not stored in our servers and cannot be viewed by any one at Manabazar.online.

If Manabazar needs to contact you, we will contact you via e-mail first. If unsuccessful (or time is critical), we will try to contact you by phone. 

Any information provided by you will be used for Manabazar.online purposes only.

However, we may need to provide your name and delivery address to third parties that are involved in the processing of your order used for delivering specific services to you (for example the courier partner that delivers your order). 

Manabazar will not share information about you with any individual or other companies (such as direct mail organizations or other third parties) unless required by law.  

There are times when we may request information from you, such as your, name, address and e-mail address. When additional information is requested, we will try to let you know at the time of collection how we intend to use the personal information you provide, such as respond to your inquiry, accept an order, conduct a survey or allow you to access specific information such as account information, etc.

We at Manabazar do our best to maintain the accuracy of any personal information you do supply to us.  You can help us update and maintain the accuracy of any personal information you supply by logging in to the site and updating your account pages or notifying us about any changes to your address, title, phone number or e-mail address.

Shipping Policy :

• A shipping charge of Rs.100 will be applicable to all orders. The charges will be waived off for the orders amounting to Rs. 1000 and above.
• We currently ship products only within India. You can place orders from across the world but payments need to be in rupees only and delivery addresses are restricted to India
• We ensure the fastest Delivery of orders. Depending on the location it will take a minimum of 2-7 Business days (Subject to concerned Govt. Guidelines) to have orders Delivered.
